The second year of the Foundations for Graduates program concentrates on increasing Graduates' business effectiveness.

BHP Billiton Graduates will spend most of their time learning 'on the job' - working as part of the BHP Billiton workforce using the skills they learnt at university - with the support and mentoring of other members of their teams and their allocated supervisor.
